DALE MUNICIPAL HALL RENTAL

  1. Use the Event Calendar to determine if your date is available.
  2. Review the Hall Rental Form (below) to determine what options you will need for your event. 
  3. Print, fill out and return the Hall Rental Form and any required fees to the Dale Municipal Building. Rental is confrimed once check & rental agreement has been received.
  4. If your rental requires a security deposit and there are no problems found after your event, your deposit will be returned after the next scheduled Town Board Meeting.

DAUFEN PARK RENTAL

  1. Use the Event Calendar to determine if your date is available.
  2. Review the Park Rental Form (below) to determine what options you will need for your event. 
  3. Print, fill out and return the Park Rental Form and any required fees to the Dale Municipal Building.  Rental is confrimed once check & rental agreement has been received.
  4. If your rental requires a security deposit and there are no problems found after your event, your deposit will be returned after the next scheduled Town Board Meeting.

ARMITAGE (Medina) PARK RENTAL

A rental agreement and fee is now required to reserve the shelter space in Armitage Park (in Medina)ar

  1. Use the Event Calendar to determine if your date is available.
  2. Review the Park Rental Form (below) to determine what options you will need for your event.
  3. Print, fill out and return the Park Rental Form and any required fees to the Dale Municipal Building.  Rental is confirmed once check & rental agreement have been received. 
  4. If your rental requires a security deposit and there are no problems found after your event, your deposit will be returned after the next scheduled Town Board Meeting.

Rental Form

BALL DIAMOND RENTAL

  1. The Ball Diamond is used by the Dale-Medina-Readfield Softball League on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday nights. If the league has scheduled practices, that use would take precedence over others using the field.
  2. If the diamond is not being used by the league then it is available on a First Come, First Served basis.
