Building Permits must be obtained before a project is started. Call the Building Inspector, Jim Emmons at (920) 779-6810 to setup an appointment. You will need the owner's name, property description, property tax id, estimated project cost, and must pay the appropriate fee to get a permit. For new homes you will also need a sanitary permit and erosion control permit (if applicable) from Outagamie County.
