Building Permits

Building Permits must be obtained before a project is started.  Permits can be applied for on the following link:

or by calling the Building Inspector, Ryan Geiger, 920-415-4868, rgeiger@rginspectionsllc.com with any questions. You will need the owner's name, property description, property tax id, estimated project cost, and must pay the appropriate fee to get a permit. For new homes you will also need a sanitary permit and erosion control permit (if applicable) from Outagamie County.

Failure to obtain a culvert permit or building permit before the start of any new construction will cost double the amount of the permit, plus $50.00 per day for each day of noncompliance or violation prior to obtaining permit.

Building Permit

Permit is required when the total cost of the project (material and labor) is over $5,000.00

Failure to obtain a building permit or culvert permit before the start of the project will cost double the amount of permit plus $10.00 per day for each day of noncompliance or violation prior to obtaining permit.
