NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

REZONE REQUEST

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on May 6, 2024, 5:30 p.m., at the Dale Municipal Building, W9641 State Hwy 96, Dale, WI. Town officials will meet to consider a Rezone request for Mike Wedelstadt-Auto Pro Express, parcel #060027605.  Mr. Wedelstadt is requesting the parcel be rezoned from general agriculture to industrial.  The Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezone are available for public inspection in the Clerk’s Office, Dale, Wisconsin.  A Town Board Meeting to vote on the matter will be held May 13, 2024 at 7:00p.m.
