Notice is hereby given that the Town of Dale Board, will hold a public hearing at the Town of Dale Municipal Building, W9641 State Road 96., Dale, WI 54931, on March 9, 2026 at 6:30PM to consider the petition of Sunvest Solar LLC, applicant on behalf of Petit Farms Family Ltd Partnership, owner, for a Special Exception with the following associated details and scope of work:  Request for a Special Exception Permit to operate a Large-Scale Energy System

The project site is located: Tax Parcel Nos.: 060073701 & 060074000, TOWN OF DALE, Outagamie County, Wisconsin.
