NOTICE OF MEETING

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Dale Town Board will hold a Special Board Meeting at the Town of Dale Municipal Building, W9641 State Road 96, Dale, WI 54931 on Monday, September 9, 2024 at 7:30p.m., for the purpose of interviewing applicants for the Treasurer position. The Board will consider going into closed session for the purpose of reviewing the employment applications: Per WI Stat. 19.85 (1) (c) for purposes of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.

 

SPECIAL BOARD MEETING AGENDA SEPTEMBER 9, 2024, 7:30p.m.

  1. Call Meeting to Order
  2. Roll Call
  3. Certification of compliance with the open meetings law.
  4. Consideration of each of the following:

A. Consideration of going into closed session for the purpose of interviewing candidates for the Treasurer position: Per WI Stat. 19.85 (1) (c) for purposes of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.

B. Consideration of returning to open session to take action on closed session discussions.

C. Discussion and possible action on selecting a qualified applicant for the Treasurer position.

It is possible the quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the Municipality may be in attendance at the above stated meeting, to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice.

It is the policy of the Town of Dale to comply in good faith with all applicable regulations, guidelines, ect. put forth in the Americans with Disabilities Act. Any person(s) in need of an alternative format (i.e. larger print, audio tapes, Braille readers, interpreters, amplifiers, transcription) regarding information disseminated by the Town of Dale should notify the Town 48 hours prior to a meeting, ect. or allow 48 hours after request for a copy of notices etc. for delivery of that alternative format.
