Part – Time Town Treasurer Position Available

Town of Dale, Outagamie County

The Town of Dale seeks a part time Treasurer. This position reports to the Town Board.  Minimum of an associate degree in accounting or equivalent accounting experience is required.  This position also requires the following:

Skills

  • Computer experience with payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial report writing, Word, Excel and Quick books is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Internet and website management a plus.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintains financial records.
  • Collects, records and reconciles tax collection.
  • Completes required governmental reporting.
  • Complete description of duties available by contacting the Town Clerk.
