Notice is hereby given that the Outagamie County Zoning Committee will hold a public hearing at the
Outagamie County Government Center, County Board Room, 320 S. Walnut St., Appleton, WI 54911,
on April 28, 2026 at 09:00 AM to consider the petition of SunVest Solar LLC, applicant on behalf of
Petit Farms Family Ltd Partnership, owner, for a Special Exception with the following associated
details and scope of work:
Request for a Special Exception Permit to allow a Large-Scale Solar Energy System in the General
Agricultural District (AGD) pursuant to Section 54-130(17) of the Outagamie County Code of
Ordinances.
The project site is located: Tax Parcel No.: 060073701, further described as, CSM 6470 LOT 2 (PLATTED
OUT OF PRT NW NW SEC30-21-15) 36.25AC M/L; Tax Parcel No.: 060074000, further described as, SW
FR NW LESS CSM 1864 SEC30 T21N R15E 41.10AC M/L, TOWN OF DALE, Outagamie County, Wisconsin.
