Notice is hereby given that the Town of Dale Board, will hold a public hearing at the Town of Dale Municipal Building, W9641 State Road 96., Dale, WI 54931, on June 15, 2026 at 6:30PM to consider the petition of Wendi Hughes/Antique Acres, for a rezone request with the following associated details and scope of work:  Request for a rezone from general agriculture to commercial to allow for renting the property and buildings to hold events, such as weddings, showers, antique shows, etc.

The project site is located: Tax Parcel Nos.: 060066900, TOWN OF DALE, Outagamie County, Wisconsin.

Any interested person may address the Town Board by mailing a letter to Town of Dale Board, PO BOX 83, Dale, WI  54931, emailing [email protected], or attending on the date and time listed above.
