NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF ELECTORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Town Meeting of Electors of the Town of Dale, Outagamie County, Wisconsin, will be held on Monday, November 9, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., at the Town of Dale Municipal Building, W9641 State Road 96, Dale, WI 54931.
The purpose of this meeting is to consider and vote upon a resolution endorsing the Town Board’s resolution to exceed the state-imposed levy limit pursuant to Wisconsin Statute § 66.0602(5).
The Town Board has proposed an increase of 30.769% or $128,771 above the allowable levy limit for the 2026 tax levy, payable in 2027.

1. Call to order.
2. Consideration and possible adoption of the electors’ resolution approving the proposed levy limit increase.
3. Adjournment.
